The Olympia is a 76 unit luxury ground up condo tower, with 35,000 SF of amenities in Dumbo Brooklyn. Serving as project wide Creative Director, the development goal was to attract a Manhattan clientele to a Brooklyn address, at an ultra-luxury price point. The strategy was to create an environment that reflected a Brooklyn sensibility articulated through a highly refined aesthetic. The residences were programmed to feel like homes within the context of a larger neighborhood. The public spaces were positioned as tools to catalyze community within the vertical city.  Interiors were designed by local Brooklyn studio Workstead.  Jacob Hashimoto was commissioned to fabricate a custom chandelier for the building lobby.  A pirate ship playground functions as the anchor to an outdoor amenity space that can be seen passing over the Brooklyn Bridge.  Olympia was named Building Of The Year by 6sqft and achieved the highest price point in Brooklyn residential history.
