A 30 unit ground up boutique condo project at the intersection of the East Village and NoHo, Manhattan. Serving as creative partner to the development and marketing team, our strategy was to showcase the neighborhood’s creative community through the objects that inhabit the building’s spaces. We worked with Adrianna Shamaris, Anna Carlin, Roll & Hill, Matter, and a number of other local fabricators to position the building as a microcosm of the urban context surrounding the project.
